Information Collection and Use
While using our site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
Some of the information you choose to share with us may be sensitive information, including information about your health or wellbeing. We collect this only where you volunteer it, and only to help us respond to your enquiry and match you with an appropriate practitioner. You are not required to share it. Our enquiry forms are not a secure clinical system, and we ask that you share only what you are comfortable with in these forms. You can call us instead to enquire if you prefer. Once you become a client, clinical information is collected separately through our secure practice management system under a specific consent process.
Overseas Storage and Disclosure
Some of the services we use to operate our website, manage enquiries and communicate with you are provided by organisations located outside Australia, including in the United States. This means information you provide to us may be stored or processed overseas.
We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your information appropriately, but you should be aware that overseas recipients may not be subject to the Australian Privacy Principles.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep enquiry information for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected, and no longer than 2 years from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted.
Where you become a client of the practice, your clinical records are held separately and are retained for seven years after you last access our services, as set out in your client agreement.

This may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. We may also use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyse this data to improve the site.
Communications
We may use your personal information to contact you with emails, newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information to keep you informed about our business.
Cookies
